Things to Know Before You Go to GS1 Connect

As indicated in the GS1 US® Event Agreement, cancellations will be accepted through April 9, 2027. No refunds are permitted for cancellations after April 9, 2027. If you cancel your registration for GS1 Connect 2027 prior to April 9, 2027, you will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee. Up to April 9, 2027, your credit card will automatically be refunded your registration fee minus the applicable cancellation fee. Registration fees cannot be applied to GS1 US’ future meetings or events. Refunds will be processed when received if requested in writing prior to April 9, 2027. Please contact GS1 US via email at GS1Connect@gs1us.ord. Optional or additional items purchased, including, but not limited to, Educational Add-ons, are not refundable. Substitutions within the same company will be accepted but must be submitted via email to GS1Connect@gs1us.org no later than May 7, 2027.

To change an existing registration, please reference your registration confirmation email from GS1Connect@gs1us.org and select the option to view or modify your registration within your attendee portal. Substitutions within the same company will be accepted but must be submitted via email to GS1Connect@gs1us.org no later than May 7, 2027.

Please reference your registration confirmation email from GS1Connect@gs1us.org  to access a copy of your invoice. If you cannot locate the email, write to GS1Connect@gs1us.org  to request that a confirmation email be resent. 

Yes. For example, if you or your company is a member of a GS1 US Industry Initiative for the GS1 US Solution Partner Program, you qualify for a discounted rate. We also offer rates for government employees and members of academia.

The Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center has a 5 day prior to arrival cancellation policy. Should you need to cancel your reservation please do so outside the 5 day cancellation window to avoid a fee. If you need to cancel within the policy, you forfeit your deposit that was taken at the time of booking, or we will charge your card a one-night room and tax cancellation fee. 

A credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation with a deposit of one night's room and tax. If you need a deposit receipt, please email  DENGRGaylordRockiesGroupServiceDepartment@marriott.com.

Housing should be reserved using Passkey. Passkey is the official housing bureau of GS1 Connect®. Housing blocks advertised by groups or companies other than the GS1 Connect Conference Team or Passkey are not approved by GS1 Connect.

Hotel reservations made after the cutoff date (April 29, 2027) are not guaranteed to receive the discounted GS1 Connect® room rate. Visit The Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center website to reserve your room.

Registered attendees will receive an email invitation with instructions to download the GS1 Connect® mobile app from any app store before the conference.

No. Anyone claiming to sell an attendance list for GS1 Connect® is not affiliated with GS1 US®.

GS1 Connect® officially starts on Monday, May 24, at 1:00 PM MT and concludes after sessions on Wednesday, May 26.  

Our room block begins on Saturday, May 22, so you can come in before the conference and enjoy all of the amenities The Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center has to offer.

By accepting the Event Agreement as part of your registration, you acknowledge GS1 US® may record events or take photos and videos that may be edited and used by GS1 US in live-streaming broadcasts or other marketing materials in the ordinary course of our business. By attending the event, you acknowledge and agree that your image may be used by GS1 US, solely for this purpose. If you do not wish to be recorded, please notify GS1 US in writing within seven (7) business days in advance of the event at gs1connect@gs1us.org. Registrant shall immediately advise GS1 US in writing if any element of the likeness is no longer full, truthful, and accurate.
